About the Job: The Marketing Coordinator will provide comprehensive marketing, graphic, branding and demographic research to the company’s partners and senior associates. The position will be responsible for converting data and findings into visual collateral for project packages and other brand materials. This will entail in-depth demographic research, site evaluation, and reports/presentations with professional graphics. The position will also be responsible for initiating and implementing company branding objectives including website updates, marketing collateral for quarterly industry conferences, and database organization. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30-5:00 p.m. Please submit a cover letter along with your resume. Duties of the Marketing Coordinator include: Collate content and produce marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, and exhibition-related projects Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested. Organize and track updates to branded project packages, campaigns, and online activities. Track industry activity by keeping abreast of market changes Assist with producing artwork, sourcing images, buying print, and checking copy. Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails Responsibilities: Design, create, and maintain all marketing materials to include research findings. Edit site plans, outline architectural drawings, and customize multi-tenant demising plans. Prepare competition maps and aerials to show voids in the marketplace and identify areas of expansion opportunities. Update and maintain all listings on multiple listing services. Regularly send out marketing blasts/requirements, and other email broadcasts and assess effectiveness of marketing blasts through analytic results. Perform demographic research for location trade areas, including consumer patterns to identify potential markets and factors affecting consumer demand including but not limited to Placer, ESRI, census reports, Prizm Report, Consumer Buying Power Reports, Expenditure Reports, vehicular traffic counts/traffic data/pedestrian traffic. Analyze demographic research and translate complex data into coherent, simple presentation packages for clients to include illustrative aerials, maps, and charts for market planning and growth. Provide executive summary reports for identified tenants/sites using retailer data and locations. Regularly maintain and update website with listings, press, etc. Requirements: Two Year Degree with previous experience in a similar marketing role. Confident and outgoing personality. Excellent attention to detail. Well organized and self-motivated. Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
