Human Resource Specialist - Contingent Workforce (Contract)Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Human Resource Specialist - Contingent Workforce to provide contract coverage during a leave of absence on the Contingent Workforce team. This role is ideal for a sharp, detail-oriented professional with experience in human resources, contingent workforce programs, or workforce operations. The position is local and requires an onsite presence 3 days per week.Pay Rate: $28-$29/hour Type: Contract (leave coverage, with opportunity for extension and become contract to hire in 2027 depending on work volume) Location: Local candidates will take priority due to the onsite requirement | Hybrid (3 days onsite)Position OverviewIn this role, you'll support and optimize an enterprise-wide Contingent Workforce Program by ensuring efficient operations, strong compliance, and a high-quality experience for internal partners and vendor stakeholders.
