In this role, you'll support day-to-day HR operations while playing a key role in employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and recruiting. What You'll D o as a Human Resources Generalist: • Process payroll for non-exempt employees and track hourly attendanceAdminister employee benefits, including COBRA, FMLA, and STD paperworkComplete new hire orientations and maintain accurate employee filesManage all stages of the recruiting process from job postings to offer presentationHandle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as neededMaintain compliance reporting (OSHA 300, EEO-1, Affirmative Action, VETS-4212)Create and maintain HRIS reports and training recordsSupport plant and company events such as open enrollment and employee functionsWhat You Need to Bring to the Human Resources Generalist: • Previous experience in Human Resources or a similar administrative role requiredBachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferredStrong multitasking skills with high attention to detailAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelExperience using ADP WorkforceNow preferredWillingness to learn and support additional HR duties as neededAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screenU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR regulations Ready to Apply?Click "Apply Now" to complete our quick, mobile-friendly application.
