Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking an SVP, Division Head for Girls Apparel and Accessories Merchandising. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership and full P&L management of the division, driving growth, brand equity, and profitability. This executive will oversee all aspects of the business, including product design, merchandising, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the brand's strategic roadmap, leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, and partnering with sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies.
