End of Quarter (closing) must be in-office every day, but non-closing weeks can be hybrid (WFH) M,W,F and in-office T/Th Job SummarySeeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in global accounting operations, including intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, payroll, lease accounting, and full-cycle month-end close. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple international entities and supporting audit and compliance requirements.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.- 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi‑entity, international environment.- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control requirements.- Hands‑on experience with SAP (FI/CO preferred), consolidation tools (FCCS / HFM), lease accounting systems (Costar/LeaseQuery), and advanced Excel. Key HighlightsIntercompany Accounting: Resolve complex intercompany balances, reconciliations, and global mismatches across regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC). Month-End Close: Manage journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, and close activities (monthly/quarterly/year-end). Multi-Currency: Handle foreign currency remeasurement, translation, and variance analysis. Payroll & Accruals: Prepare payroll journals, accruals, and support financial estimates. Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting: Manage depreciation, amortization, and lease accounting (ROU assets, lease liabilities). Reporting & Consolidation: Support trial balance, GL mapping, and consolidation tools (FCCS/HFM). Audit & Compliance: Support internal/external audits and SOX controls. Systems: Work with SAP (FI/CO), lease systems (LeaseQuery/Costar), and advanced Excel. Collaboration: Partner with global teams and drive process improvements
