NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Technical Lead, Palantir Foundry Details: Technical Lead, Palantir Foundry-Predictive AI Location: : Remote | Central / East Coast Hours Duration : 12+ months Description: Technical Lead at Client work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design the ontology (data model), develop data pipelines, and integrate data solutions with external systems containing the data. Key Responsibilities Include:Evaluate and inform Product Owner and other stakeholders on predictive AI capabilities in general and Palantir Foundry in specific as they relate to desired end stateCollaborate across teams and business areas for seamless coordinationHelps identify opportunities within Palantir Foundry and work with Product Owner and Digital Technology leadership to address issues or changesIdentify risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancementsCollaborate with Product Owner on requirement modifications where appropriate to define new requirements and assist developers as neededTake full ownership of the projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomesEnsure code quality, performance, scalability, and security of applicationsOther ad-hoc requests Requirements:Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree preferredHands-on project experience with Palantir Foundry, including data integration, data modeling, and application developmentStrong Python experience with expertise in using Pandas, NumPy, and PySparkExpertise in machine learning and predictive analytics, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML modelsConfident to review/approve pull requests and provide guidance for developers on the Predictive AI teamAble to take initiative to tackle challenges and drive solutions instead of waiting for directionAvailable to support the team when needed, providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and technical expertise to unblock progressOpen to learning new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and product qualityAble to adapt quickly to changing business needs, changing priorities, technical challenges, and evolving project requirementsBackground in data science preferred Plus Skills: Generative AI on AWS = Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon EC2, Amazon EC2 UltraCluster, AWS Trainium, or AWS Inferentia
