Role Description We are seeking a Creative Director – Experiential Events to lead the design and execution of exceptional event experiences. This full-time, on-site position is based in Miami, FL, and involves overseeing creative direction, event design, and storytelling to ensure alignment with client objectives. The Creative Director will work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to conceptualize and bring to life innovative and impactful events. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising teams, and ensuring a seamless execution of projects from start to finish. Qualifications Experience in event conceptualization, design, and storytelling, with a focus on experiential marketing and creative leadershipStrong skills in project management, organization, and budget oversightExpertise in vendor coordination, client communication, and stakeholder managementProficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under tight deadlinesProven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, driving collaborationStrong presentation and communication skills, with a client-focused approachFamiliarity with trends and innovations in event design and experiential marketingBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred)Prior experience in the events industry or a similar creative field is highly advantageous
