Duration: 6 MonthsTop Skills810 years of experience producing experiential events, including large-scale activations, pop-ups, or branded live experiences with strong execution and measurable impact.Proven expertise in end-to-end event production, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site build/strike coordination.Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with excellent communication, digital tool fluency (Asana, Slack, G Suite), and a solution-oriented mindset.About the Role:We are seeking a high-autonomy, solution-oriented Program Manager to join the External Events team. We are looking for a producer who lives at the intersection of creative storytelling and strategic intentsomeone who understands that a perfectly executed production is only successful if it serves a clear objective and creates a meaningful connection with our future riders. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end production and logistics for a diverse range of programs, regardless of size or scale. You'll collaborate closely with the Lead of External Events to turn ambitious creative concepts into world-class, on-the-ground experiences, ensuring that innovation, quality, and precision are woven into every detail of our event calendar. You will be the operational lead for these programs, overseeing vendors, timelines, and on-site execution across a wide variety of formats, from regional pop-up activations to large-scale brand moments. You'll also work cross-functionally with a range of internal stakeholders to bring complex programs to life. This is an ideal opportunity for a digital-first professional who thrives in high-tempo environments, combines creative sensibility with operational discipline, and understands how to make a brand shine through intentional experiential execution.Responsibilities:Strategic Production Ownership: Lead the planning and onsite execution for brand activations of all scalesmanaging budgets, timelines, and production schedules from kick-off through post-event wrap.Operational & Asset Logistics: Oversee the lifecycle of event materials, including shipping, storage, and inventory tracking for signage, collateral, demo components, and staging equipment to ensure technical and brand standards are met.Strategic Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for fabrication vendors, production partners, and brand ambassadors, coordinating builds, strikes, and onsite staffing plans.Digital Communication & Transparency: Maintain high visibility into project status and daily priorities through proactive updates, ensuring seamless alignment with the Lead of External Events.Process & Systems Optimization: Support the development of scalable internal systems and maintain detailed program documentationincluding run-of-show schedules, onsite staffing plans, and production recaps.Brand Representation & Professional Presence: Act as a professional face of the company onsite, maintaining a high standard of polish and executive presence when interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners.Required:8 to 10 years in the experiential trenches: You've produced marquee activations, pop-ups, or high-profile events for brands that value both aesthetic and measurable impact.Team-Oriented Mindset: You are a natural collaborator who builds strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional partners. You take pride in being a reliable teammate who communicates with transparency and contributes to a positive, high-velocity team culture.Strategically Minded: You constantly ask "How does this serve the rider?"
