Eden Rose is working with a nationally recognized Top 20 law firm that is seeking an experienced M&A Lawyer to join its expanding Corporate practice in SF/Palo AltoThe firm advises leading private equity sponsors, public companies, and strategic investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex M&A transactions from inception through closingDraft, negotiate, and review acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documentsStructure transactions to align with client commercial and regulatory objectivesCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across tax, finance, employment, and regulatory practicesConduct and oversee legal due diligence and risk assessmentsAdvise boards, sponsors, and executives on strategic transactional mattersSupervise and mentor junior associatesQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar Association2+ years of experience in M&A at a leading law firmStrong drafting, negotiation, and project management skillsExperience handling middle-market and large-cap transactionsExcellent client-facing and leadership capabilitiesPortable business or demonstrated client-development ability is a plusIts a great opportunity for someone looking to get instant hands on experience running deals.
