Clinical Site Manager

Site Manager (Clinic)Fully ONSITE in Brooklyn$75,000-$90,000*MUST HAVE FQHC EXPERIENCE*Position supervises 10-15 peopleGeneral Summary: Under the direction of the Senior Director of Operations, the Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation of our Health Center, ensuring that efficient systems are in place, staff is properly trained, and profitability is maximized. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervises clinic operations according to health center policies and procedures. • Implements and evaluates systems within the center that promote quality of care while monitoring cost effectiveness. • Collects, organizes, and shares data with appropriate staff for continual quality improvement of operations. • Work at other sites for special projects as needed. • Oversee day-to-day operations including medical and specialty services. • Ensure efficient patient flow, minimizing wait times and maximizing provider productivity. • Manage scheduling templates, same-day access, and walk in capacity • Monitor and resolve operational issues in real time. • Supervise front desk and other support staff. • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service excellence • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Address patient complaints and escalate when applicable. • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions • Ensure proper staffing levels and coverage. • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient centered care. • Collaborate with Marketing and Outreach to promote patient engagement strategies. KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Education:•Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration or equivalent experience. Experience: •Minimum three years’ supervisory and management experience in community health centers. (FQHC) Skills & Abilities:• Strong understanding of FQHC regulations and HRSA requirements. • Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements • Emotional intelligence (EI), the ability to be sensitive to and understand the emotions of others and to manage his or her own emotions and impulses required. • Ability to work with people of all social and ethnic backgrounds. • Familiarity with use of clinical software such as eCW and Microsoft Office programs preferred. • May require occasional evenings or weekends based on operational needs.
