This individual will play a key leadership role supporting both clinical and administrative operations while helping improve access to quality healthcare services within underserved communities.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily clinic operations including medical and specialty servicesSupervise front desk and support staff while driving accountability and performance standardsManage patient flow, scheduling templates, walk-in capacity, and same-day accessMonitor operations in real time and resolve workflow or patient service issues efficientlyEnsure compliance with health center policies, FQHC regulations, and HRSA requirementsCollect, analyze, and report operational data to support quality improvement initiativesWrite and manage patient incident reports as neededAddress patient concerns and escalate issues appropriatelyConduct staff coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actionsMaintain staffing coverage and operational continuityPromote a strong culture of patient satisfaction and service excellencePartner cross-functionally to support patient engagement and outreach initiativesAssist with additional sites and operational projects as neededMust-HavesMinimum of 3 years of experience within an FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) as a Site ManagerBachelor’s degree requiredExperience with clinical software including ECW/eClinicalWorks and Microsoft OfficeExperience writing patient incident reportsExperience analyzing operational and patient dataStrong understanding of FQHC and HRSA regulations and compliance standardsSkills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive situations professionallyAbility to improve workflows and operational performanceStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentExperience working with diverse patient populationsService-oriented mindset with a focus on patient experience and operational excellenceWe offer an exceptional benefits package, competitive base salary, and the opportunity to grow with a highly mission-driven organization dedicated to improving healthcare access and community wellness.Come work with a passionate team where you can make a meaningful impact while encouraging the development of strong, healthy lives within the communities we serve.
