This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in content management, digital media, and audience engagement while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.DutiesAssist in livestream operations and on-site coordinationMonitor livestream flow and ensure smooth execution during sessionsSupport hosts with real-time adjustments, pacing, and issue handlingEngage with audience (comments, basic interaction support)Coordinate with team members (hosts, PMs, ops) during livestreamsAssist with basic operational tasks such as reporting and documentationQualificationsAt least 1 month of livestream or related experience (moderation / operations preferred)Strong sense of responsibility and ownershipExecution-oriented, detail-focused, and proactivePositive attitude, willing to learn, and able to take feedbackCommitment and punctualitePreferred QualificationsExperience as a livestream moderator or similar roleExcellent English communication skills (spoken preferred)Familiar with livestream workflows and pacingExperience supporting multiple livestream sessionsLocation: In personThis role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about digital media, community building, and live content.
