Title: Media Strategy Lead – Streaming & Partner Growth (Contract)Pay Rate: $109 - $113/hrDuration: 6-month assignmentLocation: Culver City, CA (Hybrid – Remote Mondays/Fridays; Onsite Tuesdays–Thursdays)Summary:We are seeking an experienced Media Strategy Lead to oversee global paid media strategy and campaign planning across streaming and living room distribution partnerships. In this role, you will drive strategic media initiatives, guide campaign execution, and provide performance insights that support broader business and content objectives.This position requires a highly strategic thinker with deep expertise in media planning, campaign management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and experienced in managing large-scale paid media programs within entertainment, streaming, or digital media environments.What You’ll Do:Lead global paid media strategy across living room distribution and streaming partner campaignsDevelop and manage quarterly strategic media briefs aligned with business goals and stakeholder prioritiesPartner with internal teams to define campaign objectives tied to content launches, sports initiatives, and broader business performanceReview media plans, provide strategic feedback, and prepare executive-level summaries for leadership approvalOversee launch and execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring accuracy and on-time deliveryManage weekly media spend and performance reporting for leadership and stakeholdersCoordinate monthly creative production workflows, ensuring alignment on required assets and campaign prioritiesCollaborate with analytics and data science teams to measure media effectiveness, including mixed media modeling and lifetime value (LTV) analysisDevelop high-level summaries of paid and earned media strategies for priority campaigns and tentpole launchesWhat You Bring:10+ years of experience in media planning, media strategy, or campaign managementStrong background managing large-scale paid media campaigns across digital, streaming, or entertainment platformsExperience developing strategic media briefs and executive-level campaign presentationsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign performance and media effectivenessExperience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and stakeholder teamsStrong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation skills Bonus Points If You Have:Experience within streaming, entertainment, sports, or digital media industriesFamiliarity with media measurement methodologies, including mixed media modeling and LTV analysisExperience managing partner marketing or distribution campaignsExperience overseeing creative production workflows for paid media campaignsTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
