The CHRO will be responsible for all HR functions, including talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, learning and development, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's culture and managing its workforce, with a focus on effectively communicating and supporting the company's mission and strategic vision. Key responsibilities for the CHRO include providing strategic leadership in HR, overseeing the HR team, and serving as a business advisor on organizational and management issues. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and implementing HR efforts that support the company's mission, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business strategy, and managing a range of HR activities from talent acquisition to benefits programs. The CHRO will also be involved in maintaining the company's diversity and inclusion efforts, providing employee relations direction, and ensuring the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system. The ideal candidate for the CHRO position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and a minimum of 10 years' of experience in non-profit HR and the behavioral health and intellectual disability field. A strong background in HR management, including at least 5 years' of management experience, is required. Proficiency in HR platforms and digital tools is essential, and experience in supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred.
