This opportunity requires you to have extensive personal injury litigation experience.Preparing files for mediation, including a medical billing spreadsheet, tasking the assistant to order updated billing and recordsActing as a liaison among all parties including a court or other neutrals for scheduling and sharing informationOrganizing and managing documents, including the creation of spreadsheets and retrieval systemsCoordinating the collection, review, and production of documents and responding to discovery requestsAssisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness binders, and appendices for depositions and court filingsSummarizing deposition and trial transcripts and exhibitsMust be able to schedule depositions, mediation, court deadlines, manage clients, etc.Monitoring compliance with court-imposed deadlines, especially witness and expert witness lists.
