You'll own account profitability by keeping schedules, technicians, and resources running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Manage Schedules: Anticipate conflicts, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely service.Communicate: Notify clients and technicians of schedule changes; keep everyone informed.Track Technicians: Use GPS to monitor progress and address deviations quickly.Forecast & Manage Supplies: Ensure technicians have the materials they need.Analyze Data: Track scheduling trends and provide insights for improvements.Support Marketing: Monitor demand patterns and collaborate to expand business.Financial Oversight: Close jobs, invoice accurately, process payments, and follow up on balances.Payroll Support: Generate reports and assist with payroll processing.Problem-Solve & Improve: Implement process improvements and tackle challenges proactively.Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and best practices.Other tasks as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skillsProficiency with scheduling software and GPS tracking systemsAnalytical mindset with financial basicsCustomer-service oriented, proactive problem solverAbility to adapt and work under pressurePrevious scheduling, coordination, or fleet management experience preferredUp-to-date laptop/desktop + fast, reliable internet (direct connection required)Perks & Conditions:Fully remoteOccasional after-hours availability may be requiredPhone equipment provided by RigdonBenefits:Eligible for benefits after completing a 60-day probationary period.Up to 80 hours of paid time off per year (prorated in the first year).Company-subsidized health insurance.Join our team and become the voice of Rigdon to our valued clients.
