About the Role
Clear Design is seeking a detail-oriented Product Engineer to support product design documentation, catalog management, and successful product introductions. This role combines CAD modeling, technical documentation, and product data management, while working closely with Product Engineering Lead to ensure accurate, timely product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Create, modify, and maintain CAD models and drawings to support product development and engineering changes.
Own the accuracy and consistency of the Product Catalog, including product data, specifications, and revisions.
Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Procurement, and overseas manufacturing partners to gather, validate, and document product information.
Support the Product Launch process by ensuring technical accuracy across catalogs, specification sheets, and launch documentation.
Track engineering changes and ensuring updates are reflected consistently across CAD files, catalog systems, and internal documentation.
Provide project coordination support to help maintain product timelines and launch milestones in a distributed team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
1–3 years of experience across the product development lifecycle (concept, design, engineering changes, launch, catalog management).
Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks strongly preferred); familiarity with rendering and visualization tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of CAD file formats, conversions, and data management practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clear written communicator, comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones.
Experience with catalog management systems or product data management (PDM/PLM) tools is a plus.
Based out of our San Antonio, Texas, Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Status: Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30am - 4:30pm
