Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care (Hiring Immediately)

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a for-profit Healthcare organization that is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (N-P), with experience in Telehealth (preferred but not mandatory ) for direct hire. The company provides an NP to work with Assisted Living Facilities to provide a high level of quality care. The NP will be assisted by an Assisted Living staff member on-site with the patient. The NP is responsible for assessments and to recommend treatments, medications, or need for OT and PT, etc. This is a full-time position (9:00 - 5:00 pm) on-site in Brooklyn, NY. There may be some flexibility in the schedule. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with experience assessing and evaluating patients. This position requires a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid processes, as well as the associated forms. The NP will be responsible for all medical documentation, Requirements: Current New York State Board Certified NP NY State Medicare and Medicaid credentials - a must Experience working with geriatric patients preferred. Strong Computer skills and experience with EMR software Experience assessing, diagnosing, and prescribing treatments and medications Creating or modifying care plans and familiar with best practices Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills #IND123
