Batch MakerOur client in Louisville is seeking a dependable production worker to join their team. This is a hands-on role with room to advance. You will be working closely with experienced Batch Makers to ensure quality and efficiency.Job Responsibilities:Reading and following batch instructionsBeing able to identify raw materials for production batchesCommunicating when items are lowSelf-starter who can also take direction from experienced workersFilling out end productLabeling when neededFork lift experience preferred not requiredCapable of lifting 50-60 pounds (A must)Job Requirements:High school diploma or GEDBasic math and computer skillsAbility to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocolsStrong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a teamJob Details:Shift: 8am - 5pm M-FPay: $18-22 depending on experienceThis is a temp-to-hire opportunity with benefits available upon conversionEOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
