This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and production efficiency at our West Plant facility in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of performing a range of hands-on duties with minimal supervision, including unloading bulk materials, managing product screening operations, and supporting waste handling procedures. This role interacts regularly with multiple departments and supports critical production functions in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
