Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are metDefine project scope and communicate objectives across internal teams and stakeholdersLead and coordinate project teams including Project Engineers, Foremen, CAD staff, and Design EngineersReview and interpret construction drawings including electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, and architectural plansTrack project schedules, identify critical path items, and proactively resolve issuesManage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, and margin controlPrepare contract management reports and provide strategic project updates to leadershipNegotiate and manage change orders with clientsCoordinate closely with clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsQualifications~10+ years of experience in electrical construction or project managementBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredStrong knowledge of construction drawings, estimating, and project schedulingExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with construction estimating tools and project management software preferredWhy JoinCompetitive compensation Full benefits package401k + ESOP participationOpportunity to lead impactful projects and work with experienced teams
