Overview In this role you will support IT PCP Service enhancements in the ServiceNow platform, shaping scalable web solutions for IT service management. You will work within a global team to define architecture, apply design patterns, and implement robust frontend and backend components. You’ll leverage JavaScript and Java expertise to deliver interactive web applications and RESTful APIs that drive the PCP team’s capabilities. This is a hands-on role with a focus on quality, collaboration, and impact.
