You'll own the day-to-day execution of our email and SMS programs — from segmentation and campaign builds to testing, reporting, and optimization. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and visibility, and a genuine opportunity to grow as we scale our digital marketing capabilities.You'll work closely with our Email Marketing Manager and collaborate across creative, ecommerce, and digital teams to bring campaigns to life that reflect the MOSCOT brand and drive measurable results.What You'll DoAssist with end-to-end email marketing execution: ideation, briefing, deployment, and performance reportingDrive the creative production process — developing briefs, managing schedules, and keeping launches on trackOptimize campaigns against key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue, and engagementBuild and execute A/B testing plans across subject lines, send times, content, and CTAsManage audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle flows for both new and existing customersBuild, test, and optimize templates tailored to customer preferences (language, location, product interest, behavior)Support the transition to a new ESP/CRM platform, including data migration, journey mapping, and new feature launchesOwn the briefing process for Email & SMS: managing creative deadlines, imagery needs, copy, and linking strategyStay current on email best practices, deliverability standards, and industry trends — and bring ideas to the tablePartner cross-functionally with digital, ecommerce, creative, and marketing teamsFamiliarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus. SMS marketing experience is a plus.What We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in email marketing (retail or ecommerce experience is a bonus)Hands-on experience with an ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)Comfort with data — you can pull a report, find the story in it, and share it clearlyStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyA collaborative, low-ego attitude — we're a small team and everyone pitches inCuriosity and a desire to keep learningWhere You'll WorkOur home base is the Lower East Side — the neighborhood where MOSCOT was born.This role is hybrid: in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary starting at $75,000Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with an employer matchSummer FridaysWFH Christmas through New Year'sEmployee eyewear discount (obviously) - 2 free frames per year!!Come As You AreWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
