Oncology Nurse Manager

Purpose: overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and handling administrative responsibilities. Key duties involve leading, training, and evaluating nursing staff; developing and implementing clinical protocols; and collaborating with other departments and physicians to improve patient outcomes.What you will do:Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise nursing staff. Conduct performance evaluations, resolve personnel issues, and ensure staff have the necessary credentials and training.Clinical oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by supervising the administration of infusion therapies. Monitor patient care metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.Leadership and collaboration: Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans and optimize outcomes.
