Lead Programmer Analyst

🔹 What You’ll DoLead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise applications.Develop software using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, SQL, and related technologies.Build and support APIs, integrations, middleware, and data integration solutions.Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Lead code reviews, unit/integration testing, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Programmer Analysts.Support applications within a DevOps/Agile environment and ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.🔹 What We’re Looking For✅ Associate’s degree in a related field✅ 6+ years of software development / Programmer Analyst experience✅ Strong programming experience with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, and/or SQL✅ Experience with Ellucian Banner ERP or a similar enterprise ERP✅ Hands-on experience with Ellucian Ethos Integration or similar iPaaS/middleware✅ Strong API and enterprise integration experience✅ Knowledge of relational databases and cloud technologies✅ Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies✅ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills✅ Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other developers⭐ PreferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldHigher education IT experienceExperience with SaaS/cloud technologiesBanner/Ellucian certifications or trainingReporting tools and solutionsRobust REST/API integration experience
