The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of kitchen operations, and front-of-house experience to ensure seamless coordination between the dining room and kitchen.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.Oversee hiring, training, and development of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.Monitor food and labor costs, implement cost control measures, and meet budgetary goals.Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.Work closely with the culinary team to create and execute menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings.Address and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure a smooth workflow. Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume, upscale restaurant.Front-of-house experience with a strong understanding of guest service and operational collaboration.Proficiency in managing budgets, controlling costs, and meeting financial targets.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.Passion for hospitality and delivering a superior dining experience.
