Student Worker, Campus Planning & Design, TUH The Student Worker provides temporary assistance to staff members within the Campus Planning + Design Department. Support may include clerical duties, data entry, and assistance with special projects related to campus planning, design documentation, and facilities records. This position is intended for a currently enrolled college student.Position Summary The Student Worker provides temporary assistance to staff members within the Campus Planning + Design Department. Support may include clerical duties, data entry, and assistance with special projects related to campus planning, design documentation, and facilities records. This position is intended for a currently enrolled college student.Responsibilities Scan hard copies of campus planning and design record drawings and convert documents to PDF formatName, organize, and maintain electronic files within appropriate network foldersProvide clerical and data entry support to Campus Planning + Design staffAssist with field surveys and documentation as assignedPerform work at multiple Temple Health campuses as requiredSupport special projects and perform other duties as assignedEducation High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)Must be currently enrolled as a College Student (Required)Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office software programs (Required)Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProfessional, dependable, and able to work independentlyWillingness to travel between Temple Health campusesSchedule Part-time, temporaryFlexible hours between 9am-5pmTemple Health is a dynamic network of outstanding hospitals, specialty centers, and physician practices that is advancing the fight against disease, pushing the boundaries of medical science, and educating future healthcare professionals.
