Through a private membership model, Black Star connects founders, executives, academics, and public sector leaders with exclusive events, strategic resources, and a curated professional network.Intern, Administrative OperationsBlack Star Syndicate | Salt Lake City, UT | Part-Time (10-20 hrs/week) | 10-12 Weeks | Stipend Available Pending ApprovalBlack Star Syndicate does not operate like a typical organization, and this is not a typical internship.We are a go-to-market advisory collective working alongside AI founders, defense strategists, policy professionals, and experienced operators across critical industries. As an intern, you will support the operations that keep this network moving and gain direct exposure to how high-level strategy is developed and executed.This is a structured learning experience with mentorship, feedback, and hands-on exposure to executive operations. Assignments are designed to complement learning objectives and are not intended to replace employee responsibilities.You will contribute to initiatives across: • Event coordination and execution • CRM and network management • AI tool integration and workflow optimization • Content and communications support • Research and internal operationsYou will develop working knowledge of go-to-market strategy, AI-enabled productivity, event production, and professional communication standards. Tools include Luma, WordPress, Google Workspace, and modern AI platforms.This is a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City. Onsite expectations will be discussed during the interview process.We are looking for someone who is organized, curious, and motivated to operate at a higher level. All majors welcome.
