Established in 1996 and headquartered in Hampton, VA, it provides case management services and financial aid to support patients navigating complex healthcare systems.About the Opportunity:The Senior Technical Data Analyst will play a vital role in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and inform decision-making. This position contributes to improving data collection, analysis, and usage, enhancing the organization's ability to impact patient outcomes positively. The role involves collaboration with both business and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions.Responsibilities:• Assist in designing and implementing an enterprise-level data strategy framework, including Data Governance, Quality, and Architecture• Provide analytic and technical skills to develop and maintain data solutions addressing business problems• Conduct detailed data analysis across business units to evaluate and improve processes• Develop and execute tools for monitoring and reporting on data quality• Offer expert technical guidance in evaluating and implementing new technologies• Research, design, and implement improvements to data infrastructure, focusing on integration and reporting optimization• Design conceptual data models to support integration, flexibility, and scalability• Collaborate with the data team to enable self-service data frameworks for users• Serve as a team member or project lead for data-related initiativesRequirements:• Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience• Expertise in MS SQL Management Studio or equivalent data querying tools• At least 3 years in a senior or leadership role• Experience with large and complex data sets• Strong statistical analysis and modeling skills• In-depth knowledge of data management standards and concepts• Working knowledge of big data systems such as Apache Hadoop• Preferred experience collaborating with offshore teamsPay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay range: $95,000 to $105,000Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
