Apply via Dice today!Urgent Direct Client role***Salesforce Data Modeler Duration: Long termLocation: RemoteKey Responsibilities:Data Assessment and Analysis:Conduct thorough assessments of Salesforce data quality, identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies.Analyze business processes and data flows to understand the root causes of data quality issues.Data Cleansing Strategy Development:Develop comprehensive data cleansing strategies that address identified data quality problems.Define data quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of cleansing efforts.Data Modeling and Mapping:Create and maintain data models and mappings to ensure data consistency and integrity.Collaborate with technical teams to implement data cleansing processes and tools.Process Optimization:Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and maintenance processes to prevent future data quality issues.Recommend process improvements to enhance data governance and compliance.Stakeholder Management:Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and data analysts.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and address concerns.Project Management:Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.Required Skills and Experience:Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships.Experience in data quality assessment, cleansing, and remediation techniques.Proficiency in data modeling and mapping tools.Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Creating Sprint and Product backlogExperience in development of business strategy and business cases.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills:Experience with data cleansing tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend).Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).Experience in Agile project methodologies.
