Senior Pricing Analyst

ResponsibilitiesOur Kforce client, located along the lakeshore of Zeeland, MI, is seeking to hire a highly skilled and driven Senior Pricing Analyst o join a dynamic finance team within a global manufacturing and distribution organization. Duties: Analyze pricing, margin, and cost drivers to identify revenue and profitability opportunities Design, maintain, and optimize pricing models that reflect customer, product, and regional dynamics Develop pricing recommendations by modeling scenarios, assessing trade-offs, and tracking results Partner across sales, finance, and product teams to improve deal quality and pricing execution Oversee pricing data integrity and system alignment across CRM, ERP, and CPQ platforms Communicate pricing insights, standards, and recommendations to leaders and key stakeholdersRequirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field 3+ years of experience in pricing, product management, commercial finance, business analytics, or closely related roles Advanced proficiency in Excel, Oracle or a related ERP system, Salesforce, and CPQ/pricing systems Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including comfort working with large datasets, performing trend analysis, and building pricing or financial models High attention to data accuracy Strong communication skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
