About the Role Seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Recruiter to support its Contingent Labor Staffing team. This role focuses on recruiting operations, data management, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative recruiting support, including amendments, extensions, data cleanup, and resume shortlisting Support execution of contingent labor program initiatives Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to collect, analyze, and validate data Monitor staffing suppliers to ensure compliance with program standards Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contingent worker assignments Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Adapt to evolving business needs with a flexible, solution-oriented approach Required QualificationsStrong adaptability and ability to navigate changing priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail with strong multitasking ability Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Preferred QualificationsExperience with VMS platforms such as Vndly Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook and Teams Background in staffing, recruiting, or technology environments Education and ExperienceAssociate’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of experience, or No degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Consulting Solutions and its family of companies is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
