This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supplier interaction, negotiating costs, working with data, and helping drive operational efficiency across the supply chain.You’ll play a key role in managing supplier relationships, analyzing purchasing trends, supporting RFQs, and ensuring materials and services are sourced effectively and competitively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where collaboration and problem-solving are valued.What You’ll Be DoingManage supplier relationships and support ongoing vendor performance initiativesLead and support RFQs, pricing negotiations, and cost analysis activitiesAnalyze purchasing data and trends to identify savings opportunities and process improvementsWork cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to support procurement strategiesMaintain accurate purchasing records and ERP system dataTrack supplier KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance metricsUtilize Excel for reporting, analysis, and procurement trackingAssist with inventory, sourcing, and supply planning initiatives as neededWhat They’re Looking For1+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably within manufacturingExperience with supplier management, negotiations, RFQs, and cost analysisStrong ERP system experience such as SAP, Oracle, Plex, or similar platformsAdvanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPsStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environmentPreferred ExperienceVRM and SLA/KPI management experienceIQMS software experienceManufacturing or industrial industry backgroundWhy This Opportunity Stands OutCollaborative and team-oriented environmentStable organization with strong operational presenceLeadership that values flexibility and employee supportGreat opportunity to grow within procurement and supply chain operations
