Unified Communications Technician

Unified Communications TechnicianPay Range: $30/hour to $35/hour We’re looking for a skilled Unified Communications Technician to join our client's team! If you have a strong background in telecom, VoIP, and network infrastructure—and enjoy solving complex technical issues—this could be a great fit. Experience in healthcare environments is a big plus.🔧 What You’ll Do:• Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP and telecom incidents• Install and support voice, video, and data systems• Perform structured cabling (CAT5e/CAT6, fiber, coax)• Support LAN/WAN environments and network performance• Work across IDFs, MDFs, and end-user locations• Ensure reliable connectivity across systems✅ What You Bring:• 5+ years of telecom installation & maintenance experience• Strong VoIP and network troubleshooting skills• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, and PoE• Experience with Windows & Linux systems• Excellent communication skills• Flexibility for occasional nights/weekends🎓 Nice to Have:• Technical certification or related education• Healthcare industry experience
