Trial experience or the willing to learn is highly recommended.Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsRepresent clients in court, hearings, depositions, and other proceedingsAdvise clients on legal strategies and optionsManage case deadlines and discovery complianceCollaborate with colleagues on complex mattersPrepare and try cases when necessaryQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolAdmission to practice law in New YorkStrong analytical, research, and writing skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyCommitment to delivering exceptional client serviceAdditional Details:Car recommended for travel between offices and court appearancesAggressive Compensation Package, bonuses, and benefits commensurate with experience.
