This is not a high-volume PI “mill” — the firm intentionally maintains a manageable caseload and spends significant time/resources developing each case properly.Why join us?About the Role: Litigation-focused role supporting one attorney directly Caseload of approximately 50-75 files Opportunity to work closely on high-value personal injury and medical malpractice matters Stable team environment with strong tenure throughout the firm Salary: $65k-$85k + EOY BonusJob DetailsResponsibilities: Assist attorney with all phases of litigation Draft and prepare legal documents Manage case files and litigation calendars Coordinate discovery, medical records, and authorizations Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel Trial preparation and general litigation supportRequirements: Prior litigation paralegal experience required Plaintiff personal injury and/or medical malpractice experience preferred, but open to strong litigation paralegals coming from defense backgrounds as well Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage files independently and proactively Familiarity with NY litigation procedures and e-filing systems📩 Interested or just open to learning more?
