Our unwavering commitment to excellence has established us as a trusted partner for healthcare providers nationwide.This is a Hybrid role reporting to our City of Industry headquarters 2 days per week**What We're Looking ForThe Senior Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of SuperCare Health’s financial records and supporting accurate, timely financial reporting. This position is responsible for complex account reconciliations, month-end close processes, and continuous improvement of accounting operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to partner cross-functionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment.What You'll DoAccounting & Financial ReportingPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for asset, liability, revenue, and expense accountsLead critical aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reportingAnalyze financial data and variances, providing insights and recommendations to managementAssist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budget vs. actual analysesReconciliations & ControlsPerform and review complex account reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved timelyMaintain and strengthen internal controls by documenting and improving accounting processes and proceduresEnsure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and company policiesOperational Support & Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency through automation and best practicesSupport implementation of new accounting standards, policies, and system enhancements (including ERP improvements)Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Billing, Revenue Cycle, Operations) to ensure accurate financial data flowAudit & ComplianceSupport internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiriesEnsure financial records are audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirementsGeneral ResponsibilitiesProvide ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and project support as neededHandle sensitive financial information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalismThis role may be a fit if you have...A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4–7+ years of progressive accounting experienceCPA or CPA candidate preferredStrong knowledge of general ledger accounting, accruals, and account reconciliation best practicesAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and deadlinesEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHealthcare or home health industry experience is a plusAny employment proposal is contingent upon satisfactory completion of: Background Check, Reference Check(s), Driving Record (if applicable), Pre-employment Drug and TB TestsWhat SuperCare Health Is About'SuperCare Health is a comprehensive, post- acute care, respiratory services company, focused on managing high-risk respiratory patients in their homes.Today, SuperCare health manages millions of lives annually, with a growing team of more than 400 members, and has one of the highest-rated satisfaction scores from both our customers and patients.Our goal is to be the most trusted and preferred resource to manage high-risk, post-acute respiratory patients through our high-touch clinical team and high-tech, innovative solutions.
