Bilingual Payroll Specialist - Up to $70k A well-established international logistics and shipping organization is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to take ownership of its full-cycle payroll process. This is a high-impact role for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident managing payroll in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The company recently implemented a new payroll system but is still relying heavily on manual processes and Excel. *** 100% Onsite What You’ll Do Process weekly, full-cycle payroll for ~150 US employees Audit timecards, PTO, deductions, and pay adjustments Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing Maintain and reconcile payroll records, taxes, and benefits Partner with Accounting on reconciliations and journal entries Support year-end reporting (W-2s, audits, compliance) Communicate payroll information clearly in English and Spanish Help improve payroll processes and system usage (Paylocity) What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience Strong, hands-on experience with Paylocity (required) Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
