This role is highly visible and central to the successful execution of a multi-year digital transformation program spanning technology, marketing, operations, compliance, and external implementation partners.You’ll partner closely with MarTech, Digital Marketing, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and executive leadership teams to drive program execution, governance, vendor coordination, and enterprise alignment across all phases of discovery, design, migration, implementation, and change management.What You’ll DoLead the Unified Website & Sitecore AI Program: Drive execution of the enterprise Sitecore AI (XM Cloud) upgrade and 2 new websites: (1) A B2B website covering all units (2) A B2C website for Companies, translating strategic objectives into structured delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.Drive Cross-Functional Program Execution: Coordinate initiatives across Marketing, MarTech, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Bluespring business stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely decisions, and successful delivery.Manage Vendor & Delivery Oversight: Partner with third-party implementation vendors to oversee discovery, UX/UI design, content strategy, migration planning, implementation, testing, and go-live activities while ensuring delivery quality and timeline adherence.Lead Program Governance & Communication: Facilitate steering committees, working sessions, status reviews, and executive updates. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.Support Website Modernization & Migration Efforts: Coordinate migration activities for B2B and B2C websites, Sitecore content migration, CMS modernization, redirect planning, analytics enablement, and operational readiness activities.Drive Change Management & Organizational Readiness: Partner with Marketing and business teams to support adoption of new content ownership models, low/no-code content authoring capabilities, training, and operational transition planning.Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee integrated project plans, RAID logs, financial tracking, resource coordination, and milestone reporting. Ensure compliance, security, and infrastructure dependencies are incorporated into delivery planning.Communicate with Executives: Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, budget updates, and decision materials that provide visibility into program progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.What You Bring5+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, technology delivery, or enterprise web platform implementation—preferably within financial services, wealth management, or a regulated industry.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Technology, Digital Media, or related field.Experience leading enterprise website, CMS, or digital experience platform implementations, preferably with Sitecore or similar technologies.Experience managing complex vendor-led initiatives with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and executive sponsors.Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, website governance, content management, UX/UI delivery processes, and web analytics.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and priorities simultaneously.Experience driving enterprise change management and operational readiness initiatives across business and technology teams.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and collaboration tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Suite, Figma, and Smartsheet.Strong financial and operational management skills, including program budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, navigate ambiguity, and deliver scalable, customer-centric digital solutions.Collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering high-impact enterprise transformation initiatives.
