Job Title: Compensation Lead📍 Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)⏳ Duration: 12 MonthsWe are seeking an experienced Compensation Lead to drive compensation strategy and decision-making across North America Support Functions, as well as India and Mexico Global Capability Centers. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert guidance on job evaluations, market benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive plan design.Key Responsibilities:Lead compensation strategy, benchmarking, and job evaluation initiativesDesign and administer salary structures and incentive programsPartner with HR and business leaders to support compensation decisionsDrive large, cross-functional projects in a global environmentProvide insights using advanced analytics and ExcelMust-Have Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred7+ years of compensation experienceDeep expertise in compensation design, theories, and regulationsStrong analytical and technical skills (advanced Excel)Proven ability to influence without direct authorityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with India and/or Mexico labor marketsKorn Ferry Hay job evaluation experienceCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) or HR certificationExperience in COE/shared services environmentsInnovative, solutions-oriented mindset📩 Interested candidates can apply or reach out directly at:
