IntroOur client, a well-known global company in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Compensation Lead to support their team on a contract basis. This role will cover a leave and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, global compensation initiatives.TitleCompensation LeadLocationChicago, IL (Hybrid – onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday)Pay RateUp to $74.09/hourContractA few months (To be determined)DescriptionThe Compensation Lead will play a key role in driving compensation strategy and execution across North America support functions, as well as global capability centers in India and Mexico. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide guidance on job evaluations, market benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive plan design.
