This energetic, self-starter will provide a broad range of assistance in the planning and implementation of the firm’s marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materialsProvide author assistance on internal and external communicationsSupport event promotion and coordinationPerform administrative functions for departmentComplete ad-hoc projects, as neededQualificationsPursing a degree in marketing, communications or related fieldCurrent cumulative GPA is 3.4 or higherAvailable to work a minimum of 20 – 25 hours a weekDemonstrates drive and motivation to succeedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess creativity, flexibility and growth potentialGeneral knowledge of social media sites and content management systemsDemonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office programsExperience with Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is a plusDoeren Mayhew is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
