Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud ConsultantLocation: Reston, VA (On-Site)Duration: Long Term ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and customer journey management.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.Develop and optimize email campaigns using Email Studio.Work with Automation Studio to create and manage automated workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Perform data segmentation and manage subscriber data using Contact Builder and Data Extensions.Ensure best practices for email deliverability, personalization, and compliance.Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and data modeling within SFMC.Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.Experience integrating SFMC with other systems (CRM, APIs, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
