AI Developer - Working Student (Wroclaw)

Working Student/Trainee is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your journey in the IT world while gaining practical experience in areas close to full-time roles. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. We are open to flexible working hours so that you can combine working with us with your studies. In this role, you will support Radio Networks R&D Programs unit in developing practical tools, exploring Artificial Intelligence use cases, and contributing to transformation activities. You will work in a program management and transformation environment, helping us identify where automation, data, and AI can improve the way teams work. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to combine technology, AI, automation, business analysis, and transformation support in a real enterprise environment. Develop and enhance internal R&D tools, automation solutions, dashboards, and prototypes to support program management and transformation. Build AI-powered features and automation solutions that simplify and improve daily work in program teams. Create scripts, applications, and integrations for data processing, reporting, and workflow automation. Explore and assess AI and Generative AI use cases, including feasibility, value, risks, and implementation approach. Prototype and experiment with AI solutions, including prompt engineering and proof-of-concept development. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions, while supporting documentation, adoption, and transformation activities. Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, Power Query, or similar). Interest and exposure to AI, Generative AI, automation, data analysis, and digital tools. Basic understanding of software development concepts (APIs, data processing, simple applications, UI). Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous topics and propose practical solutions. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and management stakeholders. Proactive, curious, and self-driven, with the ability to manage diverse tasks and work independently.
