We manufacture for the global market and supply globally leading companies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will organize and oversee daily production operations specific to lecithins and phospholipids. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring high quality standards, supervising production staff, maintaining equipment, and adhering to regulatory and safety standards of FDA and SQF. The role involves collaborating with various departments to optimize production processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency and productivity. It includes initiating new production lines in our growing factory.QualificationsExperience in production management and schedulingQuality control management and adherence to regulatory standards, GMP, HACCP, SQF; including diligent documentation of the productionSupervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a teamTechnical skills related to production equipment and maintenanceStrong problem-solving and process optimization abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in the food production and quality leadershipProduction manager is required to engage in heavy lifting of equipment and must be able to drive a forklift.
