Account Executive - Intimate Apparel Specialty Stores
Dana-co, a leading design company of luxury lingerie, has a new opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join our Speicalty Store sales team. The Account Executive is responsible for the growth of current accounts, as well as, the development of new account relationships, driving business for specialty stores.
Core Responsibilities:
Explore and create new business development opportunities, utilizing creative measures to introduce the brand to surface and grow new accounts
Provide sales forecasts and expense projections, meet budget goals
Foster strong relationships with accounts based on successful business collaboration
Strategically plot how sales goals will be exceeded
Profitably grow Dana-co brand wholesale shipments above budget while keeping expenses below budget
Develop relationships with accounts. Build credibility by effectively assisting in driving sales
Develop new account opportunities
Present product to buyers, collaborate on assortments, and obtain orders
Manage all PO’s from receipt to delivery
Provide superior customer service
Attend semi-annual trade shows
Execute cost-effective events that result in incremental sales
Effectively forecast and communicate assortment needs
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years sales experience, preferably in Intimate Apparel or 3-5 years of experience as a retailer, preferably with Intimate Apparel experience
Track record of profitable sales growth
Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel, Word
Flexibility. Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong Presentation Skills
Experience working within a team
Strong follow up skills
Strong communication skills
Must be able to travel
