We are seeking a passionate, business-driven Account Executive to join our team and help accelerate specialty and boutique growth across key U.S. territories.Position Summary:The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and growing Trina Turk's wholesale business across select Southwest markets. This role is ideal for a dynamic fashion professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and has a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic account management and new business development.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts in assigned territories, with a focus on specialty stores and regional department stores.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand brand presence in underdeveloped markets.Maintain and establish strong relationships with buyers, planners, and retail partners to ensure optimal seasonal buys / sell-through and maximize sales.Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales performance to drive growth and present seasonal recaps, line plans, and growth strategiesConfirm and track monthly shipments and shipping timelines.Lead seasonal market appointments and represent the brand at relevant trade shows and regional market weeks.Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor brand presentation and performance and provide training to retail staff where needed.Support marketing initiatives to boost in-store and online traffic for accounts.Support forecasting, order entry, and account follow-up in coordination with sales operations and customer service teams.Assist VP of Sales with division operations—market calendar, order files, ATS, reporting, etc.Qualifications:6-10 years of wholesale sales experience in the fashion industry, preferably with contemporary or premium women's brands.Strong understanding of specialty stores with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to identify sales opportunities.Demonstrated success in hitting sales targets and expanding wholesale territories.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and wholesale & B2B platforms (e.g., JOOR, NuOrder, Shopify Plus)Work Environment & Benefits:Frequent travel required for store visits, market weeks, and trade shows (30–40%).Base salary plus commission structure.Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, etc.Employee discount and wardrobe allowance.Opportunity to grow with a vibrant and established fashion brand.
