If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver's license. Job Summary: We are seeking a Network Security Engineer with expertise in Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies to join our team, focused on maximizing product potential for customers and partners. The role involves collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement cutting-edge network security and endpoint solutions. This position is pivotal in ensuring customer success by driving product adoption, optimizing solution implementation, and serving as a technical advocate within our dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical expertise on NGFW technologies to maximize product utilization.Work with Product and Engineering teams for the integration and implementation of network security solutions.Act as a customer advocate to influence the product roadmap and leverage new features.Guide customers in maximizing their investment by rapidly achieving their security objectives through our solutions.Partner with account teams for high-visibility technical strategy deployment and product-level success planning.Must-Have Skills:Proven experience in network security engineering or related fields.Working knowledge of NGFW and Enterprise network products.Strong background in network security certifications (e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP).Industry Experience Required:Extensive experience in network security, particularly with Next Generation Firewall technologies, within dynamic customer-focused environments.ABOUT AKRAYA Akraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
