Production Machine Operator

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and take the lead in a position that plays two critical roles: Injection Molding Machine Operator. ~ Learn and grow on the job from one of the best! ~ Responsibilities: Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts. Load raw materials into hoppers and monitor machine cycles. Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards. Perform basic trimming, finishing, and packaging. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 1–2 years of experience in injection molding setup preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret setup sheets and technical instructions. Organizational skills for handling materials and documentation. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
