Job Description Silicone Manufacturing Associate – 3rd ShiftLocation: Somerset, WIPay:$22.00/hourSchedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 amPosition Summary:SEEK Careers is seeking a Silicone Manufacturing Associate to support production operations in our Somerset, WI facility. This role involves working with silicone molding processes in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Operate and support silicone manufacturing equipment, including injection mold machines, sonic welders, presses, and pad printersLoad and unload machines throughout the production processPerform detailed visual inspections to ensure product qualityPackage finished products according to work instructionsWork around molds reaching temperatures up to 300 degrees; use proper techniques to safely remove medical masks without damageMonitor equipment and production flow in warm environments (some machines may feel similar to working near a space heater)Follow all gowning, safety, and cleanroom proceduresQualifications:Good hand dexterity and ability to handle small parts safely and preciselyComfortable working in warm conditions and around heated equipmentManufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and qualityPhysical / Work Environment Requirements:Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motionAbility to lift up to 35–50 lbsGowning required from head to toe
